This Privacy Policy explains how Denha Nexus s.r.o., registration number 56690819, registered address Pekná cesta 2459/19, 831 52 Bratislava, Slovakia (“B-World”, “we”, “us” or “our”) processes personal data in connection with the B-World website, mobile applications and related services (the “Service”).

1. Data controller and scope

Denha Nexus s.r.o. is the controller of personal data processed for the purposes described in this Policy, except where a third party acts as an independent controller under its own terms.

This Policy applies to visitors, registered users, subscribers, support contacts and users of B-World mobile applications.

2. Personal data we may process

Depending on the features you use, we may process:

• Account and identity information, such as name, username, date of birth or age confirmation and account identifiers.
• Contact information, such as email address, telephone number and Telegram identifier where provided.
• Exchange-connection information, such as the exchange selected, API key or token information, account identifiers and permissions required for supported functionality. Withdrawal permission is not required for B-World.
• Trading and account information received through a connected exchange API, such as balances, positions, order status, trade history, PnL and related analytics, to the extent required by the features you enable.
• Subscription and payment information, such as plan, transaction status, billing country, currency and payment-provider reference. Full payment-card details are normally processed by the relevant payment provider or app store rather than by B-World, unless expressly stated otherwise at the point of collection.
• Technical information, such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, app version, language, approximate location derived from IP where applicable, diagnostic logs, crash information and security events.
• Usage information, such as pages or features used, interaction events and preferences.
• Communications, including support requests, complaints, feedback and other messages sent to us.
• Marketing preferences and consent records.

3. How we collect data

We may collect data directly from you; automatically from the website or application; from connected exchanges through APIs authorized by you; from payment providers or app stores; from support and communication tools; and from service providers that help us operate, secure or analyze the Service.

4. Purposes of processing

We may process personal data to create and manage accounts; authenticate users; provide trading signals, analytics, automation and other requested functions; connect and maintain supported exchange APIs; process subscriptions and payments; provide customer support; send service notifications; prevent fraud and protect security; diagnose errors and improve the Service; comply with legal obligations; establish or defend legal claims; manage consent and marketing preferences; and conduct marketing where legally permitted.

5. Legal bases for EU/EEA and UK users

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide the Service you requested.
• Legitimate interests, such as security, fraud prevention, service improvement and business administration, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Consent, for example for non-essential cookies or certain marketing communications where consent is required.
• Legal obligation, where processing is necessary to comply with law, regulatory requests, accounting or other mandatory requirements.
• Establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims where applicable.

6. Exchange API data and credentials

When you connect an exchange, B-World processes the API information necessary to provide the selected functionality. The specific data available depends on the exchange and permissions you grant.

You should enable only permissions required for B-World functionality. Withdrawal permission is not required and should not be enabled. You may revoke the API connection through your exchange account.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect API credentials and connected-account information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, Apple App Store or Google Play. Such providers may process payment-card, billing, fraud-prevention and transaction data as independent controllers or processors under their own privacy notices.

B-World generally receives payment status, subscription information and transaction references needed to manage your purchase rather than full card credentials.

8. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies

The website may use cookies, tags, pixels, local storage and similar technologies. Strictly necessary technologies may be used to operate and secure the site. Analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies are used only as permitted by applicable law and, where required, after consent.

9. Mobile applications

The mobile applications may process technical, usage, diagnostic, notification and account information required for app operation. App-store privacy disclosures should be read together with this Policy. The exact data categories depend on the app version and features used.

10. Sharing personal data

We may share personal data where necessary with:

• Hosting, cloud, security, communications, analytics, customer-support and software service providers.
• Payment providers and app stores for purchases, billing and fraud prevention.
• Connected exchanges where communication is necessary to perform API functions requested by you.
• Professional advisers, auditors, insurers and legal counsel.
• Public authorities or law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is legally required.
• A purchaser, successor or relevant party in connection with a merger, financing, restructuring or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable safeguards.

We do not sell personal data in the ordinary meaning of a direct sale for money. If applicable privacy law treats certain advertising or analytics disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing”, we will provide the choices required by that law.

11. International transfers

Service providers or recipients may be located outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

12. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes and satisfy legal, tax, accounting or regulatory requirements.

Retention periods vary by data type. Account data may be retained while the account is active and for an appropriate period afterward. Transaction and billing records may be kept for legally required periods. Security logs may be kept for periods reasonably necessary to investigate incidents and protect the Service.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or disclosure. Measures may include access controls, encryption in transit or at rest where appropriate, authentication controls, logging, backups and restricted staff access.

No internet or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your own devices, email, exchange accounts and authentication methods.

14. Marketing

Where permitted, we may send information about B-World products, updates or offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Service, security and transactional messages may still be sent where necessary.

15. Minors

B-World is intended only for persons aged 18 or older, or a higher age of legal majority where applicable. We do not knowingly allow persons below the applicable minimum age to use the Service. If you believe a minor is using B-World, contact privacy@b-world.io.

16. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent and information about processing. You may also have rights relating to certain automated decisions where applicable.

To exercise a privacy right, contact privacy@b-world.io. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Rights are subject to applicable legal exceptions.

17. Complaints to a supervisory authority

If GDPR applies, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority, including the authority in the EU/EEA country of your habitual residence, workplace or alleged infringement. The supervisory authority for Denha Nexus s.r.o. in Slovakia is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

18. Automated processing

B-World uses automated systems to provide signals, analytics and user-configured trading functionality. These tools support the operation of the Service and trading decisions selected by the user. We do not intend to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you unless this is disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

19. Third-party links and services

The Service may link to third-party websites, exchanges or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. B-World is not responsible for how independent third parties process your information.

20. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements or our data practices. The current version will be published with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
