TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of B-World, including the website, mobile applications and related services. B-World is provided by Denha Nexus s.r.o., registration number 56690819, registered address Pekná cesta 2459/19, 831 52 Bratislava, Slovakia (“B-World”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Please read these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure Statement, Recurring Payments Policy, Refund Policy, Minors Policy, Cookie Policy and any other policy expressly incorporated by reference.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, connecting an exchange account or otherwise using B-World, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use B-World on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. What B-World provides
B-World is a software platform for AI-assisted market analysis, trading signals and user-configured automated trade execution through supported third-party exchange APIs. Depending on the plan and available functionality, B-World may also provide trading analytics, risk-management settings, notifications, educational materials and related software features.
B-World is not a broker, exchange, custodian, portfolio manager or investment adviser. B-World does not hold user assets and does not guarantee profits, signal accuracy or any particular trading result.
3. Eligibility and age
You may use B-World only if you are at least 18 years old or have reached any higher age of legal majority required in your jurisdiction, have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not prohibited by applicable law from using the Service.
You must not use B-World from a jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited by law or where B-World has restricted availability. We may use reasonable controls, including geolocation or account information, to enforce availability restrictions.
4. Account registration and security
You must provide accurate and current information and keep it updated. Unless we expressly permit otherwise, you may maintain only one personal account.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials, devices, email, two-factor authentication and connected exchange credentials secure. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
5. Supported exchanges and API connections
B-World may allow you to connect supported third-party exchange accounts through API credentials. Supported exchanges and available features can change over time.
Only the permissions required for the selected functionality should be enabled. Withdrawal permission is not required for B-World and should not be enabled for a B-World API connection. You may revoke API access at any time through your exchange account.
Third-party exchanges are independent services. Their terms, fees, availability, account rules, API limitations and regulatory requirements are outside B-World’s control.
6. Trading signals and automated execution
You may choose among available modes such as signals-only, semi-automated or automated execution where offered. You are responsible for selecting the mode and configuring strategy, position size, leverage, take-profit, stop-loss, trailing stop, breakeven, daily-loss limits and other available parameters.
Automated execution may place orders without additional manual approval once enabled. You remain responsible for monitoring your connected exchange account and for the settings and permissions you configure.
B-World does not guarantee that an order will be accepted, filled, filled completely or executed at a particular price.
7. Risk and no advice
Trading involves significant risk and may result in partial or total loss. Before using trading or automation features, read the Risk Disclosure Statement.
B-World does not provide individualized financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Signals, analytics, AI-assisted outputs, educational content and other information do not constitute a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold an asset.
8. Subscriptions and paid features
Certain features require a paid subscription. The applicable price, billing period, included features and renewal conditions are shown before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Direct B-World recurring subscriptions are also governed by the Recurring Payments Policy.
Paid features are provided under the selected subscription plan. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement signed by B-World, B-World does not charge a performance fee or a percentage of a user’s trading profits.
9. App Store and Google Play purchases
If a subscription or other digital service is purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, payment, renewal, cancellation and refund processes may be governed by the rules of the relevant platform. Where required, you must manage such purchases through your store account.
10. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future renewal using the available B-World, payment-provider or app-store controls. Cancellation normally stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a period already paid for.
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, the platform used for the purchase and mandatory law. For an eligible first subscription purchased directly from B-World, the Refund Policy currently provides a 14-calendar-day period in which an eligible consumer may request cancellation and a refund.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use B-World to violate any law, sanctions, anti-money-laundering or counter-terrorist-financing requirements; access another person’s account without authorization; interfere with the Service; introduce malware; bypass security or access restrictions; scrape or overload the Service; reverse engineer or copy proprietary software except where such restriction is prohibited by law; use misleading, unlawful or deceptive promotion in connection with a referral program; or use B-World to facilitate fraud, market manipulation or other unlawful activity.
12. Intellectual property
B-World and its software, interfaces, databases, designs, trademarks, content and documentation are owned by or licensed to Denha Nexus s.r.o. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose during the period in which you are entitled to access it. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
13. User content and feedback
If you submit support messages, feedback, suggestions or other content, you retain rights you may have in that content. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to receive, process and use it to provide support, operate the Service and improve B-World, subject to the Privacy Policy.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious or that violates another person’s rights.
14. Third-party services and links
B-World may integrate with or link to exchanges, payment providers, Telegram, app stores, analytics providers or other third parties. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party products, acts, omissions, outages, security or content except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Service changes and availability
We may add, modify, limit or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for product development, security, legal compliance, third-party changes or operational reasons. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may perform maintenance and may temporarily restrict the Service where necessary. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid functionality.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, failed to pay an amount due, used false information, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if suspension is required by law or a third-party platform.
You may stop using B-World at any time. Ending an account does not automatically create a refund right and does not affect obligations that accrued before termination.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, B-World is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or exchange, or that data, signals or outputs will always be accurate, complete or timely.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded for consumers.
18. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Denha Nexus s.r.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss caused by market movement, third-party exchange failure, API failure, user configuration, slippage or trading decisions.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. User responsibility and indemnity
You are responsible for your use of the Service, your connected exchange accounts, your settings and your compliance with law. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Denha Nexus s.r.o. for third-party claims arising directly from your unlawful use of B-World or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
20. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Use of cookies and similar technologies on the website is described in the Cookie Policy.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, security, business model or third-party requirements. The updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
22. Electronic communications
You agree that contractual notices and other Service communications may be provided electronically, including through the website, application, account, email or other contact details associated with your account.
23. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are proposed to be governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the consumer’s country of habitual residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact us at legal@b-world.io so that we can attempt to resolve the matter. EU consumers may also have access to a competent alternative dispute-resolution body in their country. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025.
Subject to mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules, disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be submitted to the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
24. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet or power failures, exchange or cloud-provider outages, cyber incidents, market disruption, natural disasters, war, civil disorder, governmental actions or changes in law, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
25. Miscellaneous
If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent legally possible. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law.
These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the agreement between you and B-World regarding the Service, except for any additional terms expressly agreed in writing.
