This Risk Disclosure Statement forms part of the B-World Terms of Use. B-World is provided by Denha Nexus s.r.o., registration number 56690819, Pekná cesta 2459/19, 831 52 Bratislava, Slovakia.
B-World provides software tools for AI-assisted market analysis, trading signals, user-configured automated trade execution, analytics, notifications and available risk controls through supported third-party exchange APIs. B-World is not a broker, exchange, custodian, portfolio manager or investment adviser. Your funds remain with the connected exchange and withdrawal permission is not required for a B-World API connection.
The risks below are important but are not exhaustive. Trading, including automated trading, can result in substantial or total loss of capital.
1. General trading risk
Digital assets, derivatives, leveraged products and other market instruments can be highly volatile and speculative. Prices may move rapidly and unpredictably. You should not trade money you cannot afford to lose and you are responsible for deciding whether trading is appropriate for your financial circumstances, knowledge and risk tolerance.
2. Volatility, liquidity and slippage
During volatile or illiquid markets, spreads can widen, prices can gap and an order may execute at a price materially different from the displayed or expected price. An asset may become difficult or impossible to trade at the expected price or volume.
3. Order execution risk
Orders may be delayed, rejected, partially filled, cancelled or executed at a different price. Take-profit, stop-loss, trailing-stop, breakeven and similar settings do not guarantee execution at a particular price and do not guarantee a maximum loss.
4. Automated trading risk
Automated trading can execute transactions quickly and repeatedly without manual confirmation. Incorrect strategy settings, position size, leverage, risk limits, API permissions or technical errors can create unintended transactions or losses. You must review your settings before enabling automated execution. Automation does not transfer responsibility for trading decisions or outcomes to B-World.
5. Signals and AI-assisted analysis
Signals, indicators, models, alerts and AI-assisted analysis rely on data, assumptions, algorithms and methodologies that can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or unsuitable for current market conditions. No signal, model, AI output or strategy is guaranteed to be accurate, profitable or suitable for you. B-World does not guarantee signal accuracy, win rate, profit or future performance.
6. Exchange, API and third-party risk
B-World relies on third-party exchanges, APIs, market-data sources, cloud infrastructure and notification services. They can be unavailable, delayed, rate-limited, inaccurate, restricted or discontinued. Exchanges may change API permissions, order types, account rules or access requirements without notice. B-World does not control third-party exchanges and cannot guarantee their availability, execution quality, solvency, security, regulatory status or continuing support of a feature.
7. API and account security
B-World does not require withdrawal permission. You should not enable withdrawal permission for the B-World API connection. You are responsible for protecting your exchange account, API credentials, email, devices and two-factor authentication. If compromise is suspected, revoke the API connection at the exchange immediately and take appropriate security measures.
8. Leverage, margin and liquidation
Leverage can magnify gains and losses. A relatively small adverse movement can result in substantial loss or liquidation. Margin requirements, liquidation rules, funding and related fees are determined by the connected exchange and are outside B-World’s control.
9. Software, cybersecurity and connectivity
B-World may experience bugs, interruptions, compatibility issues, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures or other technical incidents. No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted or error-free. Push or Telegram notifications may be delayed, duplicated or not delivered and should not be treated as a guaranteed monitoring method.
10. Custody and counterparty risk
Your assets remain with third-party exchanges or other providers selected by you. Losses may arise from hacking, fraud, operational failure, insolvency, suspension or withdrawal restrictions affecting a third party. B-World does not custody your assets and is not responsible for the solvency or conduct of a connected exchange.
11. Legal, regulatory and tax risk
Rules concerning digital assets, automated trading, derivatives and related services differ by jurisdiction and may change. A technically available feature may not be lawful or appropriate in every location. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and for obtaining appropriate tax, legal or regulatory advice where necessary.
12. No professional advice
B-World does not provide individualized financial, investment, legal, tax or portfolio-management advice. Information, signals, analytics, education and automation settings are not personal recommendations to buy, sell or hold any asset.
13. Past and hypothetical performance
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Simulated, backtested, modelled or hypothetical results have limitations and may not reflect actual liquidity, fees, slippage, market impact, outages or human behaviour. Examples and screenshots must not be interpreted as a promise of future profit.
14. Fees and costs
Trading can involve exchange fees, funding, spreads, slippage, taxes, network fees and other costs in addition to a B-World subscription. Such costs can materially reduce or eliminate trading returns.
15. Service availability and force majeure
B-World or connected services may be unavailable because of maintenance, third-party outages, cyber incidents, network failures, legal restrictions, market events, natural disasters, war, governmental action or other circumstances outside reasonable control. You should retain the ability to monitor and manage positions directly through your exchange when necessary.
16. No guarantee of results
B-World does not guarantee profits, a minimum return, avoidance of losses, signal accuracy, execution at a particular price, uninterrupted availability or any specific trading result.
17. Acknowledgment
By using B-World, you confirm that you have read and understood this Statement and accept the risks of trading and automated trading. If you do not understand these risks or cannot bear substantial loss, you should not use automated trading features or engage in trading.
