General Information

This Disclaimer applies to the B-World software platform, website, mobile applications and related services provided by Denha Nexus s.r.o. (“B-World”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Denha Nexus s.r.o. provides software tools for AI-assisted market analysis, trading signals, trading analytics, risk-management settings and user-configured automated trade execution. B-World does not act as a broker, cryptocurrency exchange, custodian, portfolio manager, investment adviser or financial institution and does not hold user funds. When a supported exchange is connected through API, user assets remain on the user’s exchange account. Withdrawal permission is not required for the operation of B-World’s supported trading features. Nothing provided through B-World constitutes personalized financial, investment, legal, tax or trading advice.

Trading and Investment Risks

Trading cryptocurrencies, foreign exchange instruments or other financial assets involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for every person. Market prices can change rapidly and unpredictably. Users may lose some or all of the funds allocated to trading. You should not trade with funds that you cannot afford to lose and should independently assess your financial circumstances, experience, objectives and risk tolerance before enabling any trading strategy or automated feature. B-World does not guarantee profits, income, trading performance or the preservation of capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Automated Trading Risks

Automated trading can increase both the speed and frequency of trading activity and may magnify losses if market conditions change or if settings are configured incorrectly. When automated trading is enabled, B-World may submit trading instructions to a connected exchange according to the strategy, permissions and parameters selected by the user. Risks associated with automated trading may include, among others:

unexpected market volatility;
rapid price movements;
slippage;
insufficient liquidity;
delayed or failed order execution;
API interruptions;
exchange outages;
network or connectivity failures;
incorrect strategy parameters;
incorrect position sizing;
software or data errors;
third-party service failures.

Users remain responsible for reviewing and managing their own trading settings and connected exchange accounts.

AI, Signals and Market Data

B-World may use algorithms, statistical methods, artificial intelligence-assisted systems and market data to generate analytics, signals or other trading-related information. Such outputs may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or unsuitable for particular market conditions. No signal, model, indicator, score, forecast or automated strategy should be understood as a guarantee or prediction of a specific trading result. Users remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use any signal, strategy, analytics or automated functionality.

Exchange and API Risks

B-World relies in part on APIs, infrastructure and data supplied by third-party exchanges and other service providers. B-World does not control the availability, execution quality, security policies, trading rules, fees, market liquidity or technical operation of third-party exchanges. Exchange outages, API changes, rate limits, maintenance, account restrictions or other third-party events may affect the operation of B-World. Users are responsible for configuring API permissions appropriately and for protecting their exchange accounts. Where supported, withdrawal permission should remain disabled. B-World does not require withdrawal permission for its supported trading functionality.

No Guarantee of Results

No representation is made that any user will achieve a particular profit, return, win rate or trading result. Any examples, illustrations, screenshots, case studies, statistics or descriptions of trading activity are provided for explanatory purposes only unless expressly identified as verified historical results. Trading outcomes vary between users and depend on market conditions, strategy settings, timing, fees, liquidity, position sizing, risk controls and other factors.

Hypothetical and Simulated Results

Any hypothetical, simulated, backtested or modelled performance has inherent limitations. Such results do not represent actual trading and may not reflect:

real liquidity;
slippage;
latency;
fees;
order-book conditions;
execution failures;
psychological factors;
changing market conditions.

Backtested or simulated results may also benefit from hindsight and should not be treated as evidence that similar results will occur in live trading.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

choosing whether to trade;
selecting exchanges and trading pairs;
configuring strategies and automation settings;
setting position sizes and risk limits;
monitoring connected accounts;
reviewing executed trades;
securing exchange and B-World credentials;
determining whether B-World is appropriate for their circumstances.

B-World does not make trading decisions on behalf of users in a fiduciary or discretionary portfolio-management capacity.

Legal, Regulatory and Tax Compliance

Users are responsible for determining whether use of B-World and any related trading activity is permitted in their jurisdiction. Availability of the B-World website or application in a country does not mean that every feature or form of trading is legally available to every user in that jurisdiction. Users are also responsible for complying with applicable tax, reporting, anti-money-laundering, exchange and other regulatory obligations. Where necessary, users should seek advice from qualified legal, tax or financial professionals.

Refunds and Consumer Rights

Refund eligibility is governed by the B-World Refund Policy, the applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer-protection law. Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play or another third-party platform may also be subject to that platform’s billing, cancellation and refund rules.

Final Notice

Trading can result in partial or complete loss of capital. B-World provides software tools and does not guarantee any financial outcome. By using B-World, users acknowledge the risks associated with trading, automated execution, APIs and digital-asset markets and remain responsible for their own trading decisions and account settings.
