COOKIE POLICY

Last updated: 14 September 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Denha Nexus s.r.o., registration number 56690819, registered address Pekná cesta 2459/19, 831 52 Bratislava, Slovakia (“B-World”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the B-World website.

This Policy should be read together with the B-World Privacy Policy. It primarily covers browser-based technologies used on the website. Mobile applications may use device storage, software development kits (“SDKs”), identifiers and similar technologies, which are described in the Privacy Policy and relevant app-store disclosures.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files or data records stored on or accessed from your browser or device when you visit a website. They can allow a website to remember information about a session or device and support functions such as security, authentication, preferences and analytics.

We may also use similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, scripts, SDK-based web components or other technologies that perform functions comparable to cookies. In this Policy, references to “cookies” include these similar technologies where appropriate.

2. Who controls the use of cookies?

Some cookies are set directly by B-World (“first-party cookies”). Others may be set or accessed by third-party service providers whose technology is used on our website (“third-party cookies”).

Where B-World determines the purposes and means of processing personal data collected through cookies, Denha Nexus s.r.o. acts as the controller. A third-party provider may also act as an independent controller for certain processing under its own privacy terms.

3. Categories of cookies we may use

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the operation, security and basic functionality of the website. They may support functions such as fraud prevention, security controls, session management, load balancing, consent management or other services requested by the user.

Where permitted by applicable law, strictly necessary cookies may be used without consent because the website cannot provide the relevant function without them.

Functional and preference cookies

These cookies help remember choices such as language, interface preferences or other settings so that the website can provide a more convenient experience. Where required by law, these cookies are used only after consent.

Analytics and statistics cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are visited, how users navigate the site, whether technical errors occur and how website performance can be improved.

Where required by applicable law, analytics cookies are not activated until you have provided consent.

Marketing and advertising cookies

These cookies or similar technologies may be used to measure advertising, limit repetition, understand campaign performance or support interest-based advertising where such activities are used by B-World.

Where required by applicable law, marketing or advertising cookies are activated only after valid consent. If B-World does not currently use a category described in this Policy, that category does not mean such tracking is active by default.

4. Cookie consent

When required by applicable law, non-essential cookies will not be activated until you make a choice through the cookie banner or Cookie Settings interface.

You may be able to accept all optional cookies, reject optional cookies or select individual categories. Strictly necessary cookies cannot normally be disabled through the consent tool because they are required for the website to operate or provide a function you requested.

Your consent choice may itself be stored so the website can remember your preference.

5. Cookie Settings and withdrawal of consent

You can review or change your cookie preferences at any time through the Cookie Settings control made available on the website.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. After you change your preference, it may take a short period for all relevant technologies to stop or update.

You may also delete cookies through your browser. Deleting the cookie that stores your consent preference may cause the consent banner to appear again.

6. Current cookie and technology list

The actual list of cookies and similar technologies used on the website may change as we update website functionality and service providers.

The current cookie declaration or Cookie Settings interface should identify, where applicable:

  • the cookie or technology name;
  • the provider or domain;
  • its purpose;
  • the relevant category;
  • whether it is first-party or third-party; and
  • its typical retention period or expiry.

We do not intentionally list invented cookie names in this Policy. The operational cookie list should be generated from or verified against the technologies actually deployed on the website.

7. Third-party services

The website may use third-party technologies for functions such as analytics, content delivery, security, consent management, embedded content, customer support, performance monitoring or marketing.

When a third party receives personal data through its own cookie or technology, its processing may also be governed by that provider’s privacy and cookie terms. We encourage you to review those terms where relevant.

The identity of active third-party providers should be reflected in the Cookie Settings interface or current cookie declaration.

8. Retention periods

Some cookies are session cookies and expire when the browser session ends. Others are persistent cookies and remain for a defined period unless deleted earlier.

Retention periods depend on the purpose and provider of the cookie. The current duration for a particular cookie should be displayed in the Cookie Settings interface or cookie declaration where available.

We aim not to retain cookie-derived personal data for longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to legal, security and fraud-prevention requirements.

9. Browser and device controls

Most browsers allow you to block, delete or restrict cookies through browser settings. If you block all cookies, some B-World website functions may not work correctly.

Browser settings operate independently from the B-World consent tool. You may therefore need to manage both your browser settings and Cookie Settings depending on your preference.

10. Global privacy and opt-out signals

Where applicable law requires us to recognize a legally valid browser- or device-based opt-out preference signal, we will take reasonable steps to honor such a signal for the processing to which it applies.

Browser “Do Not Track” settings are not interpreted uniformly across the internet. Unless a particular signal is legally recognized or technically supported, we cannot guarantee that every browser preference will automatically alter website behavior.

11. Embedded content and external links

Pages may include content or links from third-party websites or services. When you interact with embedded content, the third party may place or access cookies according to its own rules, subject to applicable consent requirements.

B-World is not responsible for the cookie practices of external websites that are not controlled by us.

12. Personal data and your rights

Information collected through cookies may constitute personal data, particularly when combined with identifiers such as an IP address, device identifier or account information.

For information about legal bases, data recipients, international transfers, retention and your data-protection rights, please see the B-World Privacy Policy.

Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@b-world.io.

13. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the website, add or remove technologies, change service providers, or when legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on the B-World website with an updated date.

Where a change materially affects a consent choice, we may ask you to make a new choice.
