MINORS POLICY

This Minors Policy (the “Policy”) explains the age requirements for access to B-World. B-World is provided by Denha Nexus s.r.o., registration number 56690819, registered address Pekná cesta 2459/19, 831 52 Bratislava, Slovakia (“B-World”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Minimum age
B-World is intended only for persons who are at least 18 years old, or the higher age of legal majority required in the user’s jurisdiction.
A person below the applicable minimum age may not register for, access or use B-World, including its website, mobile applications, trading tools, automated trading features, paid subscriptions, educational areas or connected services.
2. User representation
By creating an account or using B-World, you represent and warrant that you satisfy the applicable minimum-age requirement and have legal capacity to enter into the Terms of Use.
You must not provide false or misleading age information or allow a person below the applicable minimum age to use your account.
3. Age verification
Where appropriate or required by law, we may take reasonable steps to verify a user’s age. We may request information or documentation reasonably necessary for that purpose or rely on age-verification methods provided by a third-party service or platform.
Pending verification, we may limit, suspend or deny access to some or all B-World features.
4. Accounts believed to belong to minors
If we reasonably believe that an account is being used by a person below the applicable minimum age, we may suspend or terminate access, prevent further purchases, disable connected functionality and take other reasonable protective steps.
Where technically appropriate, the user should also revoke any B-World API connection directly through the connected exchange.
Personal data associated with the account will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal retention obligations. We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or demonstrate compliance.
5. Parents and legal guardians
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a person below the applicable minimum age has created an account or provided personal data to B-World, please contact privacy@b-world.io.
Please provide enough information for us to identify and investigate the relevant account, but do not send unnecessary sensitive documents or personal information by ordinary email. We may ask for additional information where reasonably necessary to verify your authority or the age of the user.
6. Financial and trading features
B-World includes tools related to market analysis, trading signals and user-configured automated trade execution through supported third-party exchange APIs. These features involve financial risk and are not intended for minors.
B-World does not permit a parent or guardian to waive the minimum-age requirement by giving consent for a minor to use trading or subscription features, except where we expressly state otherwise and applicable law permits it.
7. Educational and community areas
Any B-World educational materials, private communities or member areas that require an account are subject to the same minimum-age requirement unless a particular area clearly states a different lawful age rule.
Publicly accessible educational information does not constitute financial or investment advice.
8. Third-party platforms
Connected exchanges, app stores, payment providers and other third-party services may impose their own age or eligibility requirements. You must comply with those requirements in addition to this Policy.
B-World does not override the eligibility rules of any third-party service.
9. Privacy of minors
B-World does not knowingly seek to collect personal data from persons who are not old enough to use the Service. If we learn that such data has been provided, we will take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, product functionality, verification practices or platform requirements. The current version will be published on the B-World website with a revised “Last updated” date.
